The client for this project in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, requested in the design brief for the steelwork to be exposed to showcase the interaction between the steel structure and the building. This provides an insight into the versatility and expressive potential of steel construction.

Through the use of steel large spans and generous openings be achieved, emphasising its strength and adaptability as a structural material.
