We offer different types of welding here at MBER to cover a variety of requirements. These include MIG welding (Metal Inert Gas), SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) which is usually referred to as ARC or stick welding and TIG welding (Tungsten Inert Gas). We work for a large client base that varies from home builders, self build clients and utility companies to driveway entrance gates, railings, bespoke one off productions, furniture and artwork. Mobile and Onsite Welding

We also offer site services for our customers. We have all the necessary equipment to travel to sites and carry out different types of welding. This can be useful when parts are in situ and need welding and for repair work.

Welding Certifications

Our welding process is strictly controlled by our factory control process. This involves extensive training, development and monitoring to as part of our UKCA quality process. This means we are able to work on structural projects including Execution Class 1 (EXC1) and the more commonly required Execution Class 2 (EXC2)

We are also vetted and hold accreditation with Safe Contractor. This includes SSIP (Safety Schemes In Procurement) and further demonstrates the pride we take in quality assurance.

Bespoke Steel Welding Projects

We love things which are a bit out of the norm. We are proud to have passion about each job we do and have a diverse portfolio. Custom projects we have worked on include supply and installation of curved heavy section structural steels to architectural and structural engineer designs, ornate gates for Grade 1 listed buildings, personalised garden furniture and bespoke fire pits. We have recently designed and produced the first MBER BBQ, Which we think is pretty cool too.
